About Estate Sync
Software for running the service charge year, built for small residential managing agents and the blocks that manage themselves.
What we do
Estate Sync runs the whole service charge cycle in one place — setting a budget, issuing demands, taking payment, and reconciling the year against what was actually spent. Estates, blocks and individual properties are modelled as they really sit, so a portfolio of small buildings does not have to be tracked as a pile of separate spreadsheets.
Leaseholders serve themselves
Most of the day-to-day load in block management is answering the same questions: what do I owe, what was I charged for, where is that document. Estate Sync gives leaseholders their own portal with statements, payment history, balances and shared documents, plus broadcast updates and automated payment reminders. The work still gets done — it just stops arriving by phone.
Who it is for
Two groups. Small managing agents who have outgrown spreadsheets but do not want an enterprise platform built for thousands of units. And RMC or RTM companies self-managing their own block, where the directors are leaseholders doing this alongside a day job.
Estate Sync is built for leasehold in England and Wales. Scottish factoring works differently, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Where we are
Estate Sync is early. We are onboarding our first customers now and working closely with them, which means the people using it have an unusual amount of influence over where it goes next.
